We use your information to: provision and manage your lab sessions; process payments via Razorpay; send transactional emails (lab status, payment confirmation); provide customer support; improve platform performance and reliability; comply with legal obligations.

All payments are processed by Razorpay (Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd.). We do not store your credit/debit card details or net banking credentials on our servers. Razorpay's handling of your payment data is governed by their Privacy Policy. We only receive transaction confirmation and payment status from Razorpay.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share data only in the following circumstances: (a) With Razorpay for payment processing; (b) With AWS (Amazon Web Services) for cloud infrastructure hosting your lab environment; (c) With law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required by law; (d) In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business, with appropriate safeguards.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), isolated lab containers per user, and restricted access to production systems. While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

We use essential cookies to manage user sessions and authentication. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so may affect your ability to use the platform.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Lab session logs are retained for up to 90 days. Payment transaction records are retained for 7 years as required by Indian financial regulations.
