Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains our approach to refunds and cancellations for InfraOne AI Labs services.

1. General Policy
InfraOne AI Labs (operated by Chariot Web Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) offers time-based, pay-per-use digital lab access. Because lab resources are provisioned immediately upon payment and consumed in real time, all purchases are generally non-refundable once lab access has been initiated.
2. Free Trial
Every new user receives one free 15-minute lab session at no cost. No payment is required for the free trial, and therefore no refund applies.
3. Cancellation
There are no subscriptions or recurring charges on InfraOne AI Labs. Each purchase is a one-time, on-demand transaction for a specific block of lab time. There is nothing to cancel after a purchase is made.
4. When a Refund May Be Considered
A refund may be considered only in the following circumstances: (a) Duplicate charge — you were charged more than once for the same transaction; (b) Technical failure — a verified failure on our infrastructure prevented your lab from launching entirely and the issue was not resolved within 24 hours. Refunds will not be provided for partially used lab time, user-initiated lab stops, network issues on the user's side, or failure to use purchased time.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email contact@infraone.ai within 48 hours of the incident with: your registered email address, the transaction/order ID from Razorpay, and a description of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
6. Refund Processing Timeline
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days of approval. The amount will be credited to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, or net banking) within 7–10 business days from the date of initiation, depending on your bank or payment provider. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
