Welcome to InfraOne School of AI ("InfraOne," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by Chariot Web Solutions Private Limited, having its registered office at Plot No. 47, UG Floor, BLK D-1 Om Vihar Ph-V, Uttam Nagar, Delhi-110059, India, and CIN No. U62099DL2024PTC433897. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, InfraOne AI Labs, our learning management system (LMS), our AI Resume Checker tool, our live cohorts, and all related programs and services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing our website, applying to a cohort, or using any InfraOne Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

Our Services are intended for individuals who are at least 16 years of age. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to enroll in and use InfraOne's Services. InfraOne reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time.

2. Our Programs

InfraOne School of AI currently offers four live, cohort-based programs: Data Analytics with AI, Data Science with AI, AI Builder Bootcamp, and GenAI Bootcamp. Each program includes live classes, guided projects, access to InfraOne AI Labs, mentor support, LMS access, a capstone project, job assistance, and a certificate upon completion of program milestones. Program structure, curriculum, batch dates, and seat availability are subject to change, and InfraOne will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled learners of any material changes.

3. Enrollment and Fees

Enrollment in any InfraOne program is confirmed only upon successful payment, or an agreed installment, of the applicable course fee and completion of any required admissions steps. Course fees, payment schedules, and applicable taxes will be clearly communicated at the time of application. All fees are subject to our Refund Policy.

InfraOne reserves the right to limit seats in any cohort and to decline or defer an application at its discretion, including for reasons of capacity, eligibility, or program fit.

4. Use of InfraOne AI Labs and the LMS

InfraOne AI Labs and our LMS are provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use as part of your enrolled program. You agree to:

• Use InfraOne AI Labs, datasets, tools, and learning materials only for your own learning and project work.
• Not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share InfraOne's proprietary course content, recordings, datasets, or lab environments without written permission.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to InfraOne's platform, tools, or other learners' data.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and be responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Live Classes, Attendance, and Conduct

Live cohorts follow a fixed weekly schedule. While recordings are typically made available, live attendance, timely submission of assignments, and participation in mentor-guided project work are strongly encouraged and, in some cases, required to meet certificate eligibility milestones.

Learners are expected to engage respectfully with mentors, staff, and fellow learners. InfraOne reserves the right to suspend or remove any learner from a cohort, without refund, for conduct that is abusive, fraudulent, disruptive, or in violation of these Terms.

6. Certification and Letter of Recommendation

An InfraOne certificate and Letter of Recommendation is issued upon successful completion of the required program milestones, including capstone project submission, as defined for each cohort. Certificates reflect completion of InfraOne's program requirements and do not constitute a government-recognized degree or diploma unless explicitly stated.

7. Job Assistance

Job assistance provided by InfraOne, including resume guidance, interview preparation, and career-direction support, is offered on a best-effort basis. InfraOne does not guarantee job placement, interview calls, or specific employment outcomes for any learner.

8. Intellectual Property

All course content, curriculum, project briefs, datasets, branding, software, and materials made available through InfraOne AI Labs, the LMS, or our website are the intellectual property of Chariot Web Solutions Private Limited or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of this intellectual property to you. Any project work you personally build and submit as part of a cohort remains yours to showcase in your personal portfolio, subject to InfraOne's right to reasonably reference completed learner projects for promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing.

9. Third-Party Tools and AI Services

Certain features of InfraOne AI Labs and the AI Resume Checker may rely on third-party AI models, cloud infrastructure, or software tools. InfraOne is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services, though we take reasonable steps to select reliable providers.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While InfraOne strives to provide high-quality, accurate, and up-to-date content, we do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suited to every individual's specific career or learning outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InfraOne and its officers, employees, mentors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our Services, including but not limited to loss of income, employment outcomes, or data.

11. Termination

InfraOne may suspend or terminate your access to any Service, without refund, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse InfraOne's platform, content, or community. You may discontinue use of our Services at any time, subject to our Refund Policy for any applicable fees already paid.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, legal requirements, or business practices. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
