Shipping & Delivery Policy

InfraOne AI Labs (operated by Chariot Web Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) provides on-demand, cloud-based AI/ML lab environments. All products and services are delivered digitally via your web browser. No physical goods are manufactured, stored, or shipped at any point.

Upon successful payment confirmation from Razorpay, your lab environment is automatically provisioned on our cloud infrastructure (AWS). Access is delivered through your InfraOne AI Labs dashboard at infraone.ai/dashboard. No additional downloads, installations, or physical delivery is required.

Minimum delivery time: Within 60 seconds of payment confirmation under normal conditions. Maximum delivery time: Up to 5 minutes during peak load or infrastructure provisioning delays. You will see a real-time status indicator in your dashboard as your lab starts. If your lab has not become accessible within 5 minutes, please contact our support team immediately.

Once your lab is ready, you will see a 'Connect via VNC' button in your dashboard. An email confirmation of your purchase is sent to your registered email address at the time of payment. This email serves as your delivery receipt.

In the rare case that a lab fails to launch due to a technical issue on our end, we will attempt to resolve it within 24 hours. If the issue cannot be resolved, you may be eligible for a refund as per our Refund Policy. Please contact contact@infraone.ai with your transaction ID.

InfraOne AI Labs is available to users across India. International access may be available but is not officially supported at this time. Service delivery is subject to your internet connectivity.
