Terms and Conditions

By accessing and using InfraOne AI Labs (infraone.ai), operated by Chariot Web Solutions Pvt. Ltd., you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

InfraOne AI Labs provides users with on-demand, cloud-based AI/ML lab environments including Jupyter Notebooks, VS Code, pre-installed ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformers), and persistent storage. Access is provided digitally via a web browser. We offer a free 15-minute trial and paid time-based plans.

New users are entitled to one (1) free 15-minute lab session. The free trial is non-transferable, limited to one per user/email address, and cannot be combined with any other offer. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial at any time without notice.

Paid plans are time-based (e.g., 1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours). Payment is processed securely via Razorpay. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. By completing a purchase, you authorise Chariot Web Solutions Pvt. Ltd. to charge you the stated amount. Lab time purchased is valid for a single continuous or resumed session and does not expire across sessions.

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for lab time that has been partially or fully consumed. In the event of a verified technical failure on our end that prevents lab access entirely, you may contact us at contact@infraone.ai within 48 hours of the incident. Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days depending on your bank.

InfraOne AI Labs is a purely digital service. No physical goods are shipped. Upon successful payment, lab access is provisioned digitally and delivered via your dashboard at infraone.ai/dashboard. Minimum delivery time: within 60 seconds of payment confirmation. Maximum delivery time: up to 5 minutes under high-load conditions. If your lab has not launched within 5 minutes, please contact support at contact@infraone.ai.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You must not use the lab environment to conduct illegal activities, mine cryptocurrency, launch attacks on external systems, distribute malware, or violate any applicable laws. We reserve the right to terminate access immediately and without refund for any violation of this section.

All platform content, branding, software, and infrastructure are the property of Chariot Web Solutions Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Your code and files stored in your lab environment remain your property.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chariot Web Solutions Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability in any matter arising out of or related to these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.

Chariot Web Solutions Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
